Data controller

The controller is the publisher of marketing-plan.net for the Marketing Plan in Action service.

What is processed and why

After your consent, Google Analytics measures the pages viewed, navigation events, general browser and device characteristics and an approximate location. The purpose is exclusively audience measurement and content improvement.

No Analytics identifier is stored before acceptance. Refusal does not reduce access to the site.

Recipients

Statistics are accessible to the site publisher. Google Ireland Limited provides the Analytics service. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States: this transfer relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU–US Data Privacy Framework), under which Google LLC is certified, and otherwise on the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Your choice to accept or refuse is stored locally for six months, then requested again. Analytics cookies set after acceptance expire no later than thirteen months. Event data linked to an identifier is kept in Google Analytics for at most fourteen months; beyond that, only aggregated statistics remain.

Your rights

You may withdraw your consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” button in the footer. Withdrawal deletes the Analytics cookies accessible to the site and prevents them from being set again.

Where the conditions set by the General Data Protection Regulation are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Any request concerning these rights must be sent to the site publisher. A complaint may also be lodged with the CNIL.
