This file is used to validate responsibilities before launching the work package. The related guide page explains the method. Here, the scope is limited to the columns, checks and example needed to complete the deliverable.

Deliverable

Name a verifiable output.

The row does not describe a generic role.

Responsible

Identify who executes.

At least one responsible person is named.

Approver

Name the final authority.

Only one approver per deliverable.

Contributors

List the required inputs.

Their contribution is expected by a date.

Checks before use

Counter-example

Completing “Deliverable” without satisfying “The row does not describe a generic role.” creates a present but unacceptable deliverable. The row must remain blocked until corrected.
